Good place to stay. The rooms are a little dated, and the cleaning service had to be requested daily. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety, good coffee, and attentive staff. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!

Brand-new location, well located if you don't mind the subway travel. But the biggest reason I wanted to write is for the hotel's commitment to using silverware glasses and plates that can be washed, as opposed to disposable stuff. Disposable waste makes me reconsider my business with Marriott because it's damaging the Earth. But in this poperty's case, most of the silverware is washable. Kudos!

I want to sincerely thank Assistant Marleny for her kind and professional help with my room key card for Room 307. She was incredibly patient, prompt, and courteous in resolving the issue. Her friendly attitude made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about the comfort and experience of guests. If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place! My daughters and I were on a girls trip for 5 days and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay. The 2 bed/2 bath with a full kitchen and dining and living room was more than enough space. The breakfast was amazing and you had the option to take it back to your room for convenience. It was a quick walk to my brothers so I know for sure we will definitely stay again.

Great location for our time in Arlington. I would say the rooms would best be described as "heavily used" but still clean. My bed was not great with a slope/sag but again, clean. The breakfast and support staff were excellent across the board.

Surprisingly sparse bathroom amenities. Housekeeping is every other day, we had to call for clean towels. Great breakfast but dining area crowded. Well maintained facility but aging. Bathtub was slippery. I understand that a renovation is on the way. Parking garage will be an adventure for those who have not experienced tight urban garages before. Nice gym and small pool.

We stayed in this hotel for one night during our Washington, DC trip, and it was perfect for the four of us. The room was super spacious and had a big bed for two plus a sofa bed that worked well for the other two. It also had a kitchenette, which was really convenient. The hotel is located in Virginia, but it only took about 20 minutes by Uber to reach the city. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — just what we needed after a long day of exploring. Great stay overall!

Lovely property but... 1. My wakeup call for last Monday never happened despite the employee the night before repeating back to me my room number and the time. Caused me to run late the next morning when I woke up by accident and gave me no time to shower. Front desk said nothing showed in their system later that day and received no apology. 2. Alarm clock face could not initially be read. I unplugged and moved to a different outlet. Still couldn't see the time unless a light in the room was on. Called 0 and no replacement ever delivered to my room. 3. Bathroom sink drained slowly but didn't report. Loved the location. Lots of good eateries nearby. 1 and 2 bedroom rooms quite nice-typical, newer Residence Inn. Great place for a family reunion.
